Our Java coffee is grown in East Java, an island in Indonesia. It is processed using the fully washed method, which gives the coffee a cleaner profile than other Indonesian coffees. It is a rich, low acidity, medium bodied coffee with notes of dark chocolate and caramel. If you are looking for a consistently GREAT cup of coffee - this one will not disappoint.
